Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

The Fran Campbell team would like to thank all of our clients and friends at the Lake of the Ozarks for a wonderful year and we wish everyone a happy holiday season. There is so much going on at the lake during this time of year and we will be posting many events via our blog, Facebook page, Twitter feed ,and YouTube channel.


One of Our Favorite Holiday Recipes

Chocolate Granola Pie

1 frozen pie crust
½ c. butter
½ c. brown sugar
¾ c. corn syrup
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
8 Nature’s Own oats n’ honey bars crushed (they come 2 per pack so 4 packs)
¼ c. Oatmeal
½ c. walnuts
¼ c. chocolate chips

Melt the butter and brown sugar together in the microwave, then mix together with the remaining wet ingredients. Mix in the dry ingredients and pour into the pie crust. Place the pie in the oven on top of a small baking sheet to prevent bubbling over. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
