Four Seasons Garage Sales 2012

If you are looking for a great bargain, you might just find your treasure this weekend at the annual Fall Yard Sales on Horseshoe Bend Parkway. Twice a year, the Four Seasons POA invites all home owners to join them for the Spring and Fall garage sales.  The dates for the 2012 Fall garage sale will be September 21st-23rd.   If you are planning to have a garage sale, you will need to stop by the Four Seasons POA office or call to register by noon on Wednesday, September 19th.  The POA will advertise locally, but homeowners are welcome to advertise individually.   Each home owner will be allowed to place directional signs to their "sale" but each sign must have a permit number. Signs are allowed to be put up 8am on Friday and must be removed by 6pm on Sunday. Call the POA office at 573.552.8334 for permits and registration.
