Virginia Kirvan was my agent, and perhaps I should add a very patient one. You see, I started looking for a condo in September and finally found one in February. All this time there was never any pressure from her to look at this property and not this one. She guided me through the entire process. I was impressed with her knowledge of the multitude of rules and regulations that one has to deal with these days.
