Buy, Sell, or Wait?
The question on everyone's mind is how is the real estate market at the Lake of the Ozarks? It's day by day, hour by hour right now. Some of our buyers and sellers are telling us that they want to hold off for now and we are supporting them in their decision by continuing to communicate and keep them aware of what's happening next. Some of our clients need to buy now or need to sell now and we are doing that with all the appropriate safety protocols - smart marketing, virtual showings, and more to get the job done.
2. Digital documentation and electronic signatures
3. Antibacterial and sanitizing processes to keep you safe while homes are being shown.
4. The option of virtual showings to buyers.
5. Virtual open house events so buyers can tour homes without risk of exposure.
6. Negotiate offers with digital documentation and audio/video conferencing.
7. Remote closings.
That being said - buyers are still buying and sellers are still selling. Here is our market snapshot from March 10 - March 24.
