We are excited to announce the addition of Kerry Kelling, Closing Coordinator to our Team!! The Fran Campbell Team provides superior service to our clients by demonstrating the highest standard of negotiation, communication, integrity and professionalism. The addition of Kerry to our team will allow us to continue to provide superior service when selling or buying a Lake of the Ozarks Home.Kerry joins the Fran Campbell team with many years experience of personal property buying and selling. With this experience she brings a unique perspective to her role as Closing Coordinator. She understands the clients’ needs when buying or selling a Home at Lake of the Ozarks. Having been in their position on many occasion and being familiar with the closing process, Kerry is able to reassure clients that the closing will go smoothly and accurately. Her professionalism and attention to detail is another asset to the closing process.
Kerry says "I truly believe that things happen for a reason, so I never waste time looking backwards as all thing will come together in the end." She also says she loves her job because "the diversity of every transaction keeps the job interesting and I am constantly learning new things."
Kerry has lived at the lake since 1996, where she has raised two boys, Brendan and Preston. She also has a passion for photography and has her own business Visual Creations. Welcome aboard Kerry!!
