The Missouri Department of Conservation has an excellent website dedicated to fishing in Missouri! Not only do they tell you about the lake levels, etc, but they have a whole page telling you where to find the BIG one!

Check out http://mdc.mo.gov/fish/where.htm and you can be reeling in the next championship fish for the mantle!
